jekoh: Lots of stuff. Going on. With life/in my head. Apparently that meant watercolors had to be experimented with from 1am on. This was really just an easy way to get used to using tube watercolors (no-pressure subject matter, I know what I look like), which are a completely different animal to me compared to pans. Amazing Winsor & Newton tubes gifted by the equally amazing Kristina, who I miss but had to give back eventually, on watercolor postcard, which will now be sent to China. Now that we’ve got a handle on it, time for some serious projects!

Things that we’re working on:

- collaborative comics

- writer-and-illustrator studio pair-ups

- recipe comic collections

- really useful, geeky, sometimes upcycled wearable things

- custom wings for costumes and (careful) everyday wear

- practical accessories that you can beat up and not wear out (we should know…we use them all the time!)

- children’s books and coloring pages

- poetry chapbooks

- possibly some stuff for teachers learning to teach

- possibly some stuff for teachers that want fun swag for their classrooms (like posters, classroom book kits and activities, and character/author pen pals)

- super cute, sometimes also super geeky, sometimes also colorable stationary

We think that’s it for now, but there’s got to be more things we just can’t remember right now!

Jone Ekoh's BCS Comic Under Fire is now officially online!

So far it looks like the comic will be updating every other week, multiple pages at a time.  Go give it a look!  We’ll be sure to update when Under Fire updates.  After all, it’s a Bombshell Cat Studio publication!
